Welcombe Community Shop is run by a management committee which currently has seven members all of whom live in the village.
The committee is responsible for all matters concerning the everyday running of the shop, managing the finances and recruiting volunteer staff. The committee is answerable to the shareholders. The committee meets approximately once every three months.
The shop is staffed exclusively by volunteers.
