Welcombe Community Shop Association Limited which is registered with the Financial Services Authority as an Industrial and Provident Society for the Benefit of the Community. The registration number is 30044R
The Shop is owned by the shareholders who are members of the association.
You are eligible to join if you are aged 16 or over and have a contact address in Welcombe, Meddon or Woolley, or if you work there. You become a member by buying a £10 share. As a member you will be able to vote on issues regarding the running of the shop at the AGM. One member has one vote.
As a member you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are supporting the village shop and helping to ensure its success and you will receive an attractive personalised Share Certificate.
